Terms and Conditions for All Sales Final

1. Final Sale Policy:

• All sales are considered final upon completion of the purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and approved.

2. Reprint Policy at Our Discretion:

• While all sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a reprint in the event of production errors or discrepancies between the approved proof and the delivered product. Any requests for reprints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the product and must include documentation or photos of the issue.

3. No Obligation for Customer Errors:

• We are not obligated to reprint or refund any orders resulting from customer errors, including but not limited to typos, design errors, incorrect specifications, or failure to review proofs carefully before approval.

4. Quality Assurance and Color Matching Limitations:

• We use high standards for printing and production; however, minor variations in color, positioning, and size may occur and do not qualify as errors. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed, as printed colors may differ slightly from digital displays. Minor variations will not qualify for reprint or refund.

5. Customization and Personalization:

• Because each order is custom-produced to the customer’s specifications, all orders are treated as unique and non-returnable. By approving the proof, the customer acknowledges and accepts all customization choices made during the ordering process.

6. Liability Limitation:

• Our liability is limited to the reprinting of the original order in the event of production errors for which we accept responsibility. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of our products.

7. Submission of Claims:

• Any claims for reprints must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by supporting evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Alberta courts.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

• By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that all sales are final. This policy is binding and supersedes any verbal assurances provided by our representatives.
