  2. Color Matching and Variance: While we strive for accurate color representation, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to variations in screens and print processes.

Terms and Conditions for Customer Provided Apparel

  1. Customer-Provided Garments: Customers may supply their own garments for printing. All such items are provided entirely at the customer’s own risk.
  2. No Warranty: We do not guarantee print quality, durability, or compatibility on customer-provided apparel. Results may vary.
  3. Damage During Printing: While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or printing errors that occur on customer-supplied items.

Terms and Conditions for Customer-Provided Images

  1. Confirmation of Rights: By submitting images, artwork, or logos, the customer confirms they have the legal rights to use and reproduce them.
  2. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party IP claims.
  3. Verification of Source Material: We may request proof of rights if needed, but the burden of compliance is on the customer.
