Carriers
We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator depending on destination and package size. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Turnaround
Stock items ship in 3–5 business days. Custom orders ship within the turnaround specified on your quote (typically 5–10 business days).
Local Pickup
Edmonton-area customers can select local pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, with pickup hours and address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 14 days at orders@3thirty3.ca and we'll file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
