Custom Orders
When you place a custom order, you confirm that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit. You indemnify 3Thirty3 Ltd against claims arising from infringing material you provide.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in CAD and subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is collected at checkout via Square.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround for stock items is 3–5 business days. Custom order turnaround varies; your quote will specify the timeframe. Turnaround is not guaranteed and may be delayed by factors outside our control.
Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, photography) is the property of 3Thirty3 Ltd unless otherwise stated. Don't reproduce without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
