Who we help

Event, Volunteer & Fundraising Apparel

Give an event a coordinated look while keeping staff, volunteers and supporters easy to identify. Start with the event's purpose and the people the apparel needs to serve.

Separate operational clothing from merchandise

Volunteer shirts may need clear role wording, while supporter items may focus on a graphic people want to wear after the event. Decide which products serve each purpose and check the size range. Include any print or packaging needs in the brief, but confirm them as individual products rather than assuming every item has the same production requirements.

Work backwards from a confirmed event date

Tell us the date and when the clothing must be in hand, then allow time for artwork approval and distribution. Confirm the production and delivery plan with us before announcing availability. Gather quantities and personalization in a consistent format, and identify the person who can approve the final design when several organizers are involved.

Confirm the fundraising plan before promotion

If merchandise is part of a fundraiser, agree internally on the offer, collection process and how proceeds will be handled. Discuss product quotes and any SwagStore or reward terms before publishing the campaign. A product suggestion does not establish a fundraising margin or result. The nonprofit and community guide is available to share with organizers and volunteers.
