Turn an idea into a workable brief
Collect the wording, preferred colours and any existing brand assets. Identify the product and the placements you want to review. A small chest mark needs different detail from a large back graphic; a photo of a logo may need preparation before it can become production artwork. Explain which elements are fixed and which are open to design suggestions.
Review layout, spelling and placement
Use the product mockup tools where available, or share a reference with your enquiry. Check text, dates, names, proportions and the chosen garment colour before approving. A screen preview helps communicate the design but is not a guarantee of an exact screen-to-print colour match. Discuss important brand colours with us so the approval reflects the actual project.
Agree on artwork work before it starts
Send the best original file you have rather than repeatedly saving a screenshot. Describe whether you need a new layout, cleanup of an existing design or help preparing a print file. We can review the request and confirm the scope and any artwork charges with you. Only submit artwork you are authorized to use; keep a copy of the approved files for future orders.
